What happens once I place an order?

Orders on “ON HOLD”
We have received your order.
1. You have not made payment yet.
2. You have made EFT payment but the payment has not cleared in our account as yet. Paying
from another bank to our FNB account may take a few days to reflect. Once the payment reflects,
your order will be changed to processing status.
Orders on “PROCESSING”
Your payment has been received and is cleared in our account. We are now getting your order ready to be shipped. This processing time can take between 2-3 working days.
The courier has collected your order and a tracking number has been updated. Please track your order on the relevant couriers website. You will receive an email from the 2ship platform containing your tracking details. Please look out for this email.
How do I track my parcel?
Once your item has been handed over to the carrier, a tracking number will be updated on your Trendz of today profile and you will receive a ‘shipped’ email .We recommend rather tracking with a PC and not a mobile phone as not all courier sites are mobile device.
2ship emails will contain all tracking details.
Can I collect/ return my parcel instead of opt for delivery?
Unfortunately we do not have a collection or viewing facility. We are strictly online and all orders are couriered to the customer.
Why is there no contact number?
Please note e-mail is our only method of communication due to us being able to keep a record of the communication trail . E-mails are always responded to promptly.
Can I add/ edit an existing order?
We can only add/edit an existing order is payment has not been made. Please email us in this case and we’ll update your order.
Can you deliver multiple orders together and I only pay one shipping fee?
We only work with order numbers and not names. We cannot identify when packing orders if many orders belong to one customer. Each order will have its own tracking number. The courier fee is needed to cover the delivery charge.
Do you offer wholesale/ reseller options?
Yes we do. Please email us regarding wholesale or reseller information.
What are the delivery options?
Delivery options are calculated using the 2ship platform. We use a variety of couriers : Courier Guy, ACT , Courier it, CitiSprint DSV etc. Smaller items are delivered with Fastway courier.
How long will delivery take?
Fastway courier ( 1-4 days) Courier Guy ( 1-4 days)
Do you offer same day delivery?
We do not offer same day delivery.
Can you deliver between or at a specific time?
Delivery takes place between 8am-5pm on working days only. Please contact the courier with
your tracking number to arrange a delivery time that best suits you. Please do not contact Trendz
of today for this.
I received a shipped email, why can I not track my order?
Please note the courier sometimes take a while to update their tracking status. Please try tracking again 3-4 hours after receiving the shipped email.
